Contestants: Rosalie Hagans, Michele Darilek, Phillip Pilat, Leah Janecek, Mark Yackel, Pam JacksonAnyone wanting to enter their hot sauce in the contest is asked to contact us to let us know you will be entering. All you need to do to enter is submit 2 quarts of hot sauce. One will be used to sample and one will be auctioned off. The hot sauce that raises the most money will be awarded first place with a trophy, custom embroidered apron and a set of fiesta decorated bowls.
